BEAMS began as a small shop in Japan in 1976 and is now sold worldwide as a line of workwear-inspired pieces as well as contemporary collections. Some people have a waving cat, some people have lucky red envelopes and some have a “comically endowed” raccoon dog. Inspired by the artwork of Tsukioka Yoshitoshi in the 1800s from Japan, this little raccoon piggy bank is a hilarious symbol of luck that will bring a smile to your face every time you see him.
