With his background as a Central Saint Martins graduate, he’s now venturing into his inaugural footwear project with adidas, putting a spin on the timeless Samba. Zhang’s signature style, heavily influenced by puffer jackets and creative embellishments, is evident in the sneaker’s puffed collar. The remainder of the shoe is crafted with perforated patent leather and suede accents at the T-toe overlay and eyestays, marrying innovation with classic design elements.
